Responsibilities:
Provide safe transportation for children.
Ensures that vehicles are consistently clean and safe.
Responsible for the organization and daily set-up of the school-age classroom.
Delivering nurturing care and continuous supervision of assigned children, while executing the Crème curriculum, and maintaining classroom management
Creating, submitting, and implementing of approved lesson plans and curriculum, and completing Daily Reports.
Maintaining the upkeep of classrooms and equipment inside and outside.
Assisting children when necessary regarding dressing, toileting and/or diapering needs, and making sure all children have clean hands, face, and diapers.
Building positive relationships with and practicing open and honest communication with parents, Team Members, and Management.

Job Description Summary
Responsible for the safe operation of a motor coach bus while transporting Weatherford College students and staff to and from events off campus. Responsible for other driving assignments as needed.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while driving a vehicle. Must be able to maneuver around vehicles to inspect them. Must be able lift 21 - 50 pounds in order to assist passengers entering and exiting the bus. Must possess Class A or B CDL with passenger endorsement.
Required Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Class A or B Texas Commercial Driver License with passenger endorsement required. Must be able to pass DOT required physical exams.
Required Experience
Experience driving large motor coach on inter-state & out of state trips. Experience driving large commercial passenger vehicles. Knowledge of applicable motor vehicle laws.
Preferred Education Preferred Experience Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Transports students, faculty, and other passengers to and from designated events using a motor coach passenger bus and other fleet vehicles.
* Assists passengers with disabilities in boarding and exiting vehicles.
* Plans routes for trips in advance, and adheres to necessary schedules and timetables.
* Performs routine record-keeping activities such as inspection forms, route maps, surveys, log sheets, etc.
* Communicates with passengers regarding delays or other issues while in transit.
* Logs and reports incidents involving behavioral or safety concerns during trips.
* May be required to drive out-of-state and on overnight excursions.
* Performs other tasks as necessary or assigned.

The BusDriver at Holy Trinity School, 304, plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely
transportation of students and staff to and from school and related activities. This position

all safety and regulatory standards. The driver will be responsible for maintaining the vehicle in
good working order and ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for all passengers.
Effective communication with dispatchers, school personnel, and students is essential to
coordinate schedules and respond to any issues that arise during transit. Ultimately, the role
contributes significantly to the overall safety and satisfaction of the school community by
providing reliable and responsible transportation services.
Principal Accountabilities:
Operate schoolbuses safely and efficiently along designated routes, ensuring timely pick-

cleanliness.
