Position Summary
As a Transportation Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our residents. Whether it's getting them to appointments, running errands, or helping them stay connected to the world outside, you'll be an essential part of their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, errands, and other outings.
Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle.
Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times. Training required upon hire.
Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure a smooth transportation experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
At least 5 years of driving experience.
Must be 21 years if age.
Must obtain DOT physical.
Must be able to pass drug/background screen.
Hours vary.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, reliability, and a caring attitude toward others.
Ability to assist residents with mobility needs when necessary.
