Ability to physically perform CPR and First Aid techniques on the ground or floor

Ability to pass annual FISD dexterity test

Major Responsibilities and Duties
Meet the student and assist with safe boarding.
Seat students using needed restraints.
Follow all wheel chair guidelines.
Attend scheduled staff meeting and trainings.
Report any difficulties or changes in students' needs to the Special Needs Supervisor.
Observe and assist students during trip.
Exercise student management through communication and discipline per school policy.
Must be punctual and have good attendance.
Maintain a positive relationship with Frisco ISD staff and public.
Other Duties as Assigned

Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Maintain emotional control under stress. Continual sitting, reaching, and repetitive hand and arm motions. Intermittent walking the equivalent of at least one mile daily. Work outside and inside.
Moderate exposure to extreme temperature (hot) and vehicle fumes. Frequent moderate lifting and carrying (up to 30 pounds). Work with frequent interruptions.
