What You'll Do: * Promote youth and caregiver's health, self-direction, skill development, and ensure goals are developed for long-term stabilization. * Provide education and resources to youth and their caregivers including but not limited to, community resources, family peer support services, support groups and networks. * Serve as an advocate for youth and their caregivers * Assist in the wraparound planning processes and the development of crisis and other youth and family-driven plans for a warm hand-off to longer-term services and programs. * Attend community stakeholder meetings as pertains to the involved youth What We Require: * High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one (1) year professional experience (experience working with children and families in a community-based program preferred). * Peer Recovery Specialist Certification (CPRS) or willingness to be certified within a one (1) year of employment (Sante will pay for your certification if you do not have it at the time of hire). * Three (3) years personal lived experience caring for a child with behavior dysregulation, a mental health diagnosis, or dealing with a co-occurring disorder. * Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance.
