**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
High School Diploma or GED with law enforcement, military, and/or security experience. An Oregon armed security license and CCW are required.
+ Concierge-level customer service knowledge.
+ Able to complete thorough and accurate investigations and reports.
+ Access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring experience.
+ Problem resolution skills.
+ Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office.
