Position Summary:
The Identity Security Architect is a security-minded, hands-on individual with security engineering experience to support our converged security capabilities, focused on identity management (IDM) at Constellation Brands, Inc. The candidate must have strong operational knowledge of the security tool landscape and have a record of accomplishment optimizing and automating processes to achieve measurable efficiency and accuracy gains. This role is integral to the information security program, and works directly alongside the security architecture / engineering, security operations, operational technology (OT) / industrial control system (ICS), governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), technology infrastructure and network teams.
Responsibilities:
* Be a thought leader and hands-on expert in the company for a significant technical capability related to security identity management (IDM).
* Collaborate with senior security leaders on building IDM strategy and milestones and communication with executives.
* Lead IDM security engineering projects, tool evaluations, deployments, user experience improvements and mentor other engineers.
* Design and implement security processes to support security architecture and engineering using best-in-class security engineering principles; experience with ISO/IEC, NIST, MITRE etc. standards are a plus.
* Security tool operations - running, maintaining, optimizing, and configuring rules for various tools across IDM.
* Lead secure design and architecture reviews with an understanding of threat modeling.
* Create and implement identity security metrics and measurements and process automation - understand how to measure monitoring / incident response processes and how to improve them based on historical data.
* Partner with Security Operations (SecOps), Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control System (ICS) Engineers to identify and evaluate best in class security solutions and plan production deployments and help document runbooks accordingly.
* Candidate must be available 24/7/365.
Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelors in one of the following disciplines: Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, or similar technical field and minimum of 8+ years related experience with a CISSP or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of identity security architecture and engineering concepts at the enterprise level.
* Demonstrated past contributor and "plugged-in" to the threat intelligence community and various industry sources.
* Understand what it means to "think like a hacker" and take the attacker viewpoint.
* Hands-on experience improving the overall IDM user experience.
* Authentication space knowledge:
* Multi-factor authentication (MFA).
* Identity Federation & Single Sign-On (SSO).
* Implementing SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
* Security knowledge of various technology & protocols - FIDO, PKI, Mobile MFA, OTP, FIDO key, Biometric authentication, behavior & risk-based authentication.
* Implementation experience with web, device (laptop, etc.), infrastructure, and API authentication use cases.
* Access Management space knowledge:
* Privileged Access Management for admin and privileged accounts.
* Access control solution for Linux, Windows servers, Kubernetes/docker, databases, Clouds, and other PAM use cases.
* Integration with cloud systems including AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
* Active Directory integration experience.
* Identity Governance space knowledge:
* Experience with onboarding applications into an IDM solution.
* Experience with creating and managing user access campaigns.
* Experience with automating IDM critical workflows.
* Familiarity with financial audit, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and regulatory compliance processes.
* Collaborate with internal and external auditors as required.

The salary range for this role is:
$114,300.00 - $207,800.00

Information Systems Security Officer III
The ISSO is responsible for ensuring the appropriate operational security posture is maintained for an information system and as such, works in close collaboration with the ISSM and ISO. JBSA MTC can distribute training and exercises to various locations within the Army North (ARNORTH) and Army South (ARSOUTH) Areas of Responsibility (AOR). The MTC provides individual through collective training and sustainment on Army Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS), the Command and Control Warfighting Function (WfF), and the Army's approach to Mission Command (MC) using a variety of tools and Army fielded systems. MTCs support simulations-driven collective training events for Army units at every echelon to include Joint, Combined, and Multinational key environments, and provide individual sustainment training on Army C2IS using a variety of tools and Army fielded systems. These tools and systems enable MTCs to create Training Environments that replicate Operational Environments as accurately and realistically as possible to support demanding and realistic training for small units (Squad through Company), medium units (Battalion through Brigade), and large units (Echelons Above Brigade). Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) models and simulations create realistic and challenging training events that closely replicate conditions a unit would face on the battlefield.
You will provide support for individual through collective MC, WfF training, mission rehearsal, the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), the Army Design Methodology (ADM), the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP), Games for Training (GFT), and constructive simulations exercises. Constructive simulation training exercises includes planning, preparation, set-up, execution, and recovery. These training events and exercises may occur concurrently or separately. You will assist the Government in providing constructive simulation, GFT resources, and adaptive and responsive training for the individual through echelons above Brigade (EAB). Our team will be capable of combining events into a simultaneous synthetic environment using the simulations and C2IS fielded to JBSA MTC.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
The ISSO shall be responsible for the day-to-day security operations of all systems and networks for classified collateral and SCI networks.
The ISSO shall be responsible for ensuring the appropriate operational security posture for JBSA information systems is maintained and documented.
Shall be responsible for implementing DoD, Army, & JBSA policies, and creating Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) in response to vulnerabilities identified during risk assessments, audits, and inspections. This responsibility includes physical and environmental protection, access control, incident handling, security training, vulnerability and compliance management, configuration management, and the assistance in the development of security policies and procedures.
Assures successful implementation and functionality of security requirements and appropriate IT policies and procedures that are consistent with the organization's mission and goals.
The appointed ISSO shall work for and in close collaboration with the Government appointed ISSM.

Information Systems Security Officer II
The ISSO is responsible for ensuring the appropriate operational security posture is maintained for an information system and as such, works in close collaboration with the ISSM and ISO. The Concierge Security Engineer supports the technical relationship with their
assigned customers and leverages their skills and expertise to create and maintain an outstanding partnership with customers around the provision of security services.
As a Concierge Security Engineer, you will:
Creating and maintaining a partnership with our customers
Analyze log and system data
Interact with, and manage, internal and external stakeholders
Communicate, educate, and share information with non-technical people
Help our customers diagnose problems as well as support specific customer requests
Primary technical point of contact for our customers
Champion for our customers within the Arctic Wolf Team
Mentoring junior analysts with their technical and soft skills
To support effective communication and collaboration, this role requires on-camera participation (Zoom) during all customer and internal meetings
This is a role that combines aspects of an IT Security Analyst, Security Architect, Incident Response Consultant, a Security Sales Engineer, and Technical Support. The CSE will be responsible for implementing, overseeing, managing, and supporting the network security infrastructure for multiple enterprises by leveraging Arctic Wolf's cloud infrastructure and their expertise in a wide variety of fields. The CSE works in a team along with an assigned Concierge Security Analyst and Customer Success Managers. Arctic Wolf CSEs develop strong working relationships with our customers and feel ownership over their security posture.
We are looking for someone who has most of the following:
3+ years in Information Security, Network Security, or Cyber Security
3+ years additionally as a Network Admin, System Admin, Cloud Admin, or similar is strongly preferred
Have a detailed understanding of Enterprise IT Security, including: Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, Antivirus, Content Filtering, and Proxies
Have an understanding of Enterprise IT Operations, including: Networking, Active Directory, LDAP, Windows Server, and Cloud Infrastructures
Analyze log and system data from the above list and other IT systems
Know how to use one or more scripting tools and languages such as Python, Bash, and Power Shell
Great writing and speaking skills
Excellent relationship building skills in a professional context
A positive “can-do” attitude
A willingness to learn and continuous self-improvement
There are no specific degree or certification requirements but degrees in engineering or technology are a plus. Any security or IT certification such as CISSP is also positive.
