Position Summary In this position, you are responsible for the clients financial reporting and payroll needs. Duties include accounting services, preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, preparing quarterly and annual payroll reports, and other accounting projects for a variety of clients. Essential Job Responsibilities: Proficient in technical and advanced accounting systems. Performs detailed payroll functions for clients according to deadlines. This may include check processing, and quarterly payroll reports for various states and federal, for review. Compiles information for reporting purposes, journal entry and/or preparing correspondence. Processes W-2s at year end. Performs accounting functions including cash management, AR, AP, transactional processing, month-end closing, and financial reporting. May assist with training and reviewing accounting, payroll and other accounting or internal activities of other staff, and takes responsibility for the quality control issues. Uses expertise to serve on JCCS committees and lead JCCS teams. Contributes significantly to marketing activities that bring in their own clients and participates in promoting new Firm services. Provides back up for other CAS staff, and may back-up front office, as required. May help provide transactional support for CAS team. Performs other duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned. To Qualify: Applicants must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Online, and AI-related tools. Must have strong organizational and time management skills. Five (5) years of accounting experience Five (5) years of payroll processing experience Three (3) years of financial statement preparation, preferred Skills for Success: Proficiency in applying applicable accounting and payroll standards. For our business, for clients, and for you Senior Fund Accountant Location: - Belgrade Job Responsibilities: * Prepare and input daily journal entries. * Produce fund financial statements, including footnotes and supporting schedules. * Coordinate and support year-end audits. * Monitor and record daily cash activity. * Prepare fund capital activity allocations and partner capital accounts. * Track portfolio company transactions and monitor investment performance by calculating returns. * Produce various investor/investment requests. * Provide training and guidance to junior team members. * Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires including but not limited to ad-hock analysis of financial data and additional assistance per client request. Skills Required: * 1-3 years of experience in the Accounting/Finance field. * University Degree preferably in Economics (major: Accounting, Finance, Audit); * Exposure to Private Equity industry is a plus. * Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communications skills. * Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel. * Highly motivated team player with ability to multitask.
