Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience : * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required * 3 - 8 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment * Strong working knowledge of SAP, with emphasis on Controlling module preferred * Proven ability to identify and resold problems effectively and efficiently * Excellent organizational, planning, and administrative skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace specifically with Microsoft Excel * Highly professional with strong tact, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills * Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptable to changing business needs * Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure or in stressful situations * Strong time management and prioritization skills * Proficient in the use of standard office equipment and technology
