MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you will:
Collaborate with the operations team to understand reporting needs and prioritize reports for development or redevelopment based on business value and usage.
Design and build Power BI reports that align with firm standards, ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance.
Partner with data engineers to develop scalable Silver and Gold-layer data models that support reporting and analytics.
Translate business requirements into data specifications, semantic structures, and report logic.
Validate key metrics and definitions to ensure consistency across firmwide reporting.
Contribute to data governance efforts by defining business rules, data dictionaries, and quality standards.
Establish and maintain report documentation, refresh schedules, and user access controls.
Present insights, prototypes, and analysis to stakeholders while providing light training and support to report users.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or BI development roles.
Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and modern data visualization best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to trace logic through complex reports.
Effective communicator who can translate between technical teams and business users.
Experience within professional services, financial, or multi-departmental environments preferred.

A Brief Overview
The Access Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and/or coordinating organizational initiatives to optimize Access Center and Scheduling workflows and system functionality. Identifies opportunities for improvement and assists in determining which areas to prioritize based on the organization's current needs and future goals. Collaborates with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including other revenue cycle teams, clinical leaders, IT, vendors, and more.
Essential Functions
Serves as the Access Center and Scheduling expert managing and/or coordinating organizational initiatives to optimize workflows and support the long-term goals of both departments.
Define requirements for updating or changing existing and implementing systems.
Develop cross-initiative integration plans across multiple systems and support a variety of applications
Participate in system analysis and in business/Access projects, implementation of new application modules, enhance an existing component of the application, application upgrades or upgrades to technical components, implementation of a third-party product to work with application, and periodic internal releases of the application.
Performs regular research to stay on top of industry best practices, technological and innovations to remain competitive, to include adoption of robotic process automation and AI solutions in Access Center and Scheduling.
Collaborate with Access Center and Scheduling Management, Clinic, and IT Team members on routine/maintenance and short-term objectives.
Monitors and coordinates open issues for open tickets impacting Access, Scheduling, Authorizations and Financial Clearance.
Plan, prepare, document, and assist with application, integrated, and unit testing.
Look for and identify opportunities to optimize workflow and processes making recommendation as needed.
Lead assigned projects to ensure all targets are attained and due dates are met. Works across business and functional areas to assure alignment and implementation of processes. Works with project teams to document process flows and make recommendation for workflow optimization.
