POSITION DESCRIPTION
You must be comfortable selling your design ideas to the client. You will be responsible for closing the sale. Castle has Project Developers who go on leads and sell Design Agreements allowing you to focus on Design.
Your goal is to generate between $1-1.5M in annual design build revenue that meets profitability and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
Responsibilities include in home visits, budgetary estimate creation and presentation, writing scope of work, estimating, designing and drafting residential remodeling projects with Chief Architect software, product selections/interior design, preparing project for the hand-off to production, and ordering of some materials.
Design/sell basements, attics, kitchens, bathrooms, whole house, exteriors, porches, decks, and additions.
Salaried full-time position with a comprehensive benefit package and sales bonuses in addition to base salary.
Castle to generate high volume well estimated design agreements to hand off to Designers.

Job Overview
A Designer at Colle McVoy is responsible for creating and executing effective, innovative ideas for our clients, across all mediums. This includes ideation, concepts, and layout design for all integrated brand identity elements and retail experiences.

Responsibilities
Develop concepts and collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to produce standout work
Assist with monitoring all assigned projects and follow through on all phases of production
Present work to internal teams and clients
Push past good ideas to discover great ones
Possess a solid foundation of design and typographic skills, applicable to an indie band poster or a corporate annual report
Present ideas clearly and with conviction to sell them through internally and externally
Required Skills
Possess a variety of design skills, including an understanding of printing processes, photography, illustration, and typography.
Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite of applications, primarily Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and proactive in managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Experience with Sketchup or desire to learn
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or ad school credentials or equivalent industry experience
Two or more years of agency or relevant experience
Ability to travel as needed
At the time of posting, the base salary for this position ranges from $52,000 to $70,000. Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness options, agency perks, and the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
