MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or four years of experience in accounting will substitute for degree.

SKILLS:

- Provide direct financial leadership and support for assessing allocation rates, composition of cost pools and for new allocations.
