This part-time position primarily covers every other weekend, with occasional Fridays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Mondays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM as needed. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure clients and their families are satisfied with Senior Helpers services; report any concerns or feedback to the Office Manager. Carry the on-call phone every other weekend. Treat clients, families, caregivers, and co-workers with dignity and respect at all times. Maintain and uphold high-quality care standards, ensuring caregivers follow proper care techniques and client plans. Maintain consistent communication with caregivers and clients to support smooth weekend operations. Complete all weekend schedule changes in the ClearCare platform, including scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and caregiver call-outs. Provide exceptional phone communication and timely follow-up with prospects, clients, and families. Demonstrate proactive problem prevention and leadership in resolving issues quickly and professionally. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of six months of experience in a Customer Service role. Industry experience preferred; 1 year as an CNA or HHA with home care experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based platforms; ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Must have a reliable working vehicle, current driver's license, and active auto insurance.
