Objective: The Weekend Scheduler works in coordination with the Scheduler and reports directly to the Office Manager to ensure the highest quality of care for all Senior Helpers clients. This part-time position primarily covers every other weekend, with occasional Fridays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Mondays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM as needed. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure clients and their families are satisfied with Senior Helpers services; report any concerns or feedback to the Office Manager. Carry the on-call phone every other weekend. Treat clients, families, caregivers, and co-workers with dignity and respect at all times.
