Troubleshoot and repair issues with instrumentation equipment and systems, ensuring minimal downtime. Fabricate and assemble instrument components as necessary, adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify any malfunctions or abnormalities in systems. Experience with specific instrumentation brands such as Endress & Hauser, Rosemount, Vega, CMC, Fisher, and Allen Bradley. Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and modifying instrument drawings. Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quick and effective resolutions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving precise results. Prior experience as an industrial electrician is advantageous but not essential.
