About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
· You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
· You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
· You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
· You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
What you bring to Takeda:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
· Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
· Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.

What You Will Contribute:
The Software Technical Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation for the Badger Meter software suite. This role ensures that all documentation is clear, accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with both technical and business requirements. The specialist collaborates closely with product management, software quality assurance, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality documentation for external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, API references, system architecture descriptions
Work with product and marketing teams to ensure documentation aligns with branding and messaging standards as well as streamlining localization resources.
Collaborate with software development teams to gather technical details and ensure documentation accuracy.
Standardize and enforce documentation styles, templates, and version control practices.
Manage document repositories and ensure content is properly organized and up to date.
Review and edit documentation created by other contributors for consistency and clarity.
Assist in the creation of online help systems, knowledge bases, and internal wikis and training material.
Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance documentation workflows or tools.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Exceptional experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
3+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation for software products.
Strong understanding of software development concept and tools, such as Agile development process
Proficiency with documentation tools such as WordPress, Confluence, Adobe, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of UX principles and content design for digital interfaces.
Strong understanding of software development concept and tools, such as Agile development process preferred
