* Serve as the primary point of contact for receiving, responding to, and tracking DMOs from customers daily.
* Supervise and coordinate with staff supporting work control and GFEBS operations.

* Provide customer service and conflict resolution to ensure timely and effective responses to facility needs.

General Information:
James Madison University's Facilities Management is currently seeking an Electrician Senior Lead. This position will perform technically difficult and routine installation, repair, maintenance, and service of electrical equipment in University-owned buildings and other areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Diagnose problems, repair, and maintain a wide variety of electrical equipment, including food service, laboratory, and card access systems.
