Key Responsibilities Develop & Maintain Infrastructure and Deployment Pipelines Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient software delivery. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. Help manage and maintain development and production infrastructure, ensuring environments are stable, scalable, secure, and suitable for continuous testing and delivery. Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent infrastructure issues and support system reliability. Change Requests & Infrastructure Support Manage requests across systems and environments, including updates to settings, permissions, and components. Provide timely support for infrastructure-related issues to minimize disruption and improve service quality. Maintain documentation and procedures for request handling and issue resolution to ensure consistency and operational efficiency. Communication & Collaboration Communicate progress and status of assigned work in accordance with team and company practices. Participate in code reviews, seeking and incorporating feedback from teammates, reviewers, and domain experts. Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes). Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
