The Product Specialist role is more of an entry-level position - your job is to present our products to customers and answer their questions but do not handle any transactional details such as pricing or appraisals. Sales Consultants will handle all of the steps in the sales process.
For both roles, we will consider candidates with and without automotive experience. If you do not have automotive experience, you ideally would need to have some experience in either sales or retail, as our business encompasses elements of both. Another area where we have had successful sales consultants come from is the restaurant and hotel business. It also helps if you like cars -- you don't need to be a technical expert, but you do need to enjoy learning about cars and sharing what you've learned.

Job Description
Vehicle Delivery and Technology Specialist at Sentry Lincoln, 4100 Mystic Valley Pkwy, Medford MA 02155
Provide exceptional customer service by providing technology support both during the sales process and at/after vehicle delivery.
Role of this position is comparable to that of an Apple Genius Bar staffer. You should really enjoy figuring out all of the new technologies in today's vehicles, well beyond just syncing a phone, and patiently teaching that information to other people.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Lincoln products, including their advanced technology features, to educate customers during delivery
Coordinate schedules efficiently to ensure timely and convenient service for clients
Conduct thorough vehicle walkthroughs with customers, explaining vehicle features and functionality in a clear and concise manner
Assist customers in setting up and personalizing their vehicle's technology systems, including the Lincoln Way app, BlueCruise automated driving technology, and in-vehicle applications
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth handoff process between sales and delivery
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing Sentry Lincoln with integrity and professionalism
Possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to various customer needs and preferences

Compensation range: $55,000 to $70,000 depending on skills and experience
