Job DescriptionWe are looking to employ a hardworking and dedicated Server Assistant to provide assistance to our Servers and ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned, and properly set for patrons. The Server Assistant's responsibilities include preparing and refilling beverages, assisting Servers with processing payments, removing trash, and sanitizing restaurant menus. You should also be able to perform end-of-day clean-up duties. To be successful as a Server Assistant, you should be well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, an outstanding Server Assistant should demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve excellent customer service at all times. Server Assistant Responsibilities: Welcoming patrons, escorting them to their tables, and providing them with menus. Serving complimentary snacks to patrons once they are seated. Job Description The Courtyard Tuscaloosa is looking for servers/bartenders to work in our newly renovated hotel Bistro. You would be Responsible for set-up, mixing of drinks, serving small plated food/appetizers, clean-up of bar area while engaging in quality service and satisfaction while holding up standards and profit maximization.

At the start of each shift the Barista will be responsible for counting and setting up their cash register drawer following the DCH Cash Handling Policy. This position is further responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Starbuck's coffee kiosk. The Barista will prepare all Starbuck's beverages to order as to the preferences of each customer following precise Starbuck formulas as printed in the Starbucks's manual. The Barista will also be responsible for stocking, maintaining, rotating, all other items being sold in the kiosk, i.e.- drinks, sandwiches, desserts, cups, straws, merchandize, etc. Accurately enters all sales into the POS system using approved means of tender. A printed receipt will be offered to each customer upon completion of the transaction. Additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to, maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized work station to ensure high standards are maintained for Health Department, Ever Clean, and TJC, inspections and reviews.
