JOB PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to create a unique and personal experience for Buffalo Wild Wings Guests by effectively presenting food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner. This role will focus their attention in Guests on the bar area of the restaurant. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Make personal connections with Guests to create loyalty through engaging conversation • Check identification to ensure Guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages and comply with RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws • Read and organize tickets to quickly and accurately serve Guests and manage large crowds • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for Guests per BWWs Standard Operating Procedures standards and specifications • Inform Guests of the Beer of the Month and make suggestions upon request • Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary • Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures including tracking waste per company drink specs and Standard Operating Procedures • Monitor current levels of inventory including stemware, glassware, garnished, etc. to ensure proper levels, and prepares, washes, and sterilizes these items to replenish inventory as required • Collect and accurately process guest payments per Company Standard Procedures • Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions • Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from Guests • Maintain clean and sanitary bar area, equipment blenders, and perform glass washing • Other duties as assigned by supervisor The duties of this position may change from time to time. Employee's will serve customers food and beverages during their shift. They will be asked to cook food and prepare items for group play. They will keep the Duck Pond clean by washing dishes, cleaning tables and chairs and keeping counters clean and clear of any trash or dirty dishes. They will also sweep floors, mop floors and keep bathrooms clean and orderly during the entire day. Fill paper products as needed and keep soap and other items stocked. They will need to stock and re-stock all beverages and food stations. Make sure to follow rules for Health Department needs and also maintain serving requirements set up by State Liquor Control Board. May also be asked to work beverage carts that sell items on the golf course during play.

Delivers bill in a timely manner and accurately processes payment, returning change or credit card and signature slip to guests Interacts with the staff and guests in a positive manner as to achieve our desired result of achieving 100% guest satisfaction. Knowledge of the menu in order to assist with guest inquiries/requests as well as be able to accurately identify food and beverage items Assisting in other essential FOH duties, including but not limited to: o Answering phones o Taking to go orders and handling payments accurately o Accepting reservations and managing them in order to prevent over booking of the restaurant o Assisting hosts in greeting and seating of guests o Assisting expos in delivering of food to guests o Assisting bussers with pre-bussing, bussing and resetting of tables Completes tasks for each shift according to the needs of the restaurant. Other Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and or altered by Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
