In this role you will:

Prepares food serving area, to include properly setting tables and related furniture for special functions, Wiping and polishing silverware, etc.
Complies with all policies and standards/procedures applicable to the position, including attendance, time, quality control, and other standards.
Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, beer, and skills associated with fine dining.
Must be able to multi-task. Ability to cope with varied and fast paced activities.
