Barback Job Description The Barback is a key support role in the bar area, responsible for assisting bartenders in maintaining a clean and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and clean, allowing bartenders to focus on providing excellent customer service. The Barback must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong sense of urgency. Key Responsibilities: 1.
