Banquet Event Server Position Reports to: Director of Event Operations with additional supervision from Clubhouse Assistant Managers Employee Categories: Part Time or Full Time Year Round Pay Range: $20.00 to $21.00/hour The Banquet Event Server will provide exceptional service in all event spaces to members and their respective guests. Complete the preparation, execution, and closeout of scheduled events in an array of the Club's event areas. Position Overview/Objective: Barbacks are responsible for keeping the bar running smoothly by supporting the Bartenders and other staff members. The Bar Back will assist in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked with glassware and all other necessities. Ideal candidate is knowledgeable about menu items, attentive, and focused on providing warm, friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Learning about menu items and cocktail recipes. Taking orders, preparing drinks, bussing tables, opening tabs, and processing payments especially during peak hours. Speaking to customers, answering questions, involving others when appropriate.
