Documentation * Ensure the accuracy of all outbound/inbound documents both domestically and internationally. * Gather and maintain all data and records relative to outbound/inbound activities. * Enter data into systems. * Ensure that packaging counts match documents. * Assist in resolving any discrepancies.     The Warehouse Operations Assistant serves as the Arkansas Foodbank's point of contact for pick-up agencies, providing customer service to those agencies and serves in various operations functions that supports the warehouse. The Warehouse Operations Assistant is a vital member of the Operations department and collaborates with them to support the implementation of new strategies, programs or initiatives. They participate in the execution of children and senior feeding programs, including recruitment, inspection, onboarding, intake and evaluation. This position will be comfortable learning new technology, as well as an eagerness to utilize Arkansas Foodbank software systems. Irregular hours may be required occasionally. * Data entry of agency orders including, posting payments to agency accounts. * Respond in a timely manner to all pick-up agencies upon their arrival for order pick up. * Receive agency checks and deliver to finance for posting and deposit. * File agency order documentation and purge data quarterly. * Order validation throughout the day on agency orders. * Invoice agency orders once the orders have been posted. * Manage the incoming delivery schedule. * Track credit and grant usage on agency accounts. * Provide accurate and timely written and/or verbal reports of calls, meetings, results, and follow up to Supervisor. * Serve as backup to the Warehouse Specialist 2 position to support warehouse functions. * Serve as back up to Initiate and process pick ticket creation, jet reporting, inventory movement reports, etc. * Keep up-to-date and knowledgeable about the Arkansas Foodbank and related issues. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel. * Ability to lift/move approximately 20 pounds. * Excellent attention to detail * Other duties as assigned Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand walk; use hands to finger, hand controls; and talk or hear.
