Schedule pickups with approved couriers (FedEx, UPS, World Courier) and track shipments. Maintain shipping logs and ensure audit-readiness at all times. Resolve discrepancies, delays, or issues in real time. Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with Inventory, QA, and Facilities to ensure accurate material flow. Participate in cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase speed, compliance, and accuracy.
