Essential Duties and Responsibilities We are seeking a candidate to perform general facilities duties which primarily include, but are not limited to: Receiving packages, entering into Shipping & Receiving tracking database and delivering to site tenants in a professional manner Processing pre-packaged outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, promptness, accountability, and condition of shipments meet established standards Utilizing company routines and materials management technologies to ensure goods security Acting as an on-site Point-of-Contact for end users regarding Shipping & Receiving support Escorting delivery personnel and special equipment when necessary Safely utilizing pallet jacks, delivery carts, and forklifts, and other S&R equipment Following site-specific SOPs, work procedures, and Shipping & Receiving programs Under the supervision of the S&R Supervisor, maintaining shipping and receiving equipment Traveling between client locations as necessary Ensuring work areas are clean, organized, and safe Performing additional support-level and in-scope S&R tasks as necessary This position reports to: Shipping & Receiving Manager This position has no direct reports Minimum Training, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and/or Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
