As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will respond to customer inquiries. You are a crucial part of the customer relationship as you troubleshoot customer issues. Position Summary The Shipping Associate is a crucial member of the Akina Pharmacy team, responsible for ensuring that all prescription orders are packaged and shipped with precision, care, and efficiency. Follow Company Protocols and Job Aides: Adhere to detailed company shipping protocols, job aids, and quality control procedures to ensure consistent and accurate packaging and shipping of all orders. Manage Shipping Logistics and Accuracy: Generate and verify shipping labels, coordinate timely outgoing shipments, and monitor tracking to ensure accurate and prompt delivery to customers. Maintain and Restock Shipping Materials: Regularly inventory and restock shipping supplies, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace to support uninterrupted operations. Inspect and Verify Packaging for Accuracy: Conduct final checks on packaged orders to ensure contents, labeling, and documentation match the order requirements before shipping. We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll be accountable for hitting the following numbers: Receive incoming shipments (10-20 per day) Prepare, assemble, and label packages for outgoing shipment (200-300 per day) If you want to come to work, learn, and hit those numbers, you'll be recognized and rewarded. Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Proven ability to assemble, label, and verify orders with precision while following detailed company protocols or job aids. Physical Capability and Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages weighing up to 50lb as part of daily responsibilities.
