RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compile and maintain records of quantity and type of all inventory
Enter and monitor POs and Invoices and verify for accuracy
Coordinate the receiving and accounting inventory for the products
Monitor incoming and outgoing shipment for proper count of inventory
Work closely with Finance team to complete audit of Inventory on regular basis
Pulling stock for POs for fulfillment
Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies
Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves
Other duties as required by management
Additional Information

Job Summary
The Shipping Associate I is responsible for processing and preparing products for shipments to customers and suppliers, including the selection of appropriate packaging materials based on customer shipping requirements and methodology.
Reviewing Fralock job travelers, material certs and shipping documents to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance of all requirements. Advise 2nd shift supervisors of any expected pending carrier pickups. Notify immediate supervisor of any at-risk orders.
Key Responsibilities
Review of orders prior to shipping for any special instructions related to labeling of
product, certificates of conformance or special packaging requirements.
Prepare products for shipment, including but not limited to, selection of containers,
labels and boxes to ensure all items are packaged to prevent any damage in transit.
Review the daily shipping queue regularly throughout the day to ensure on time processing of all customer shipments.
Shrink wrap, strap, label and prepare pallets for pickup.
Identify and communicate proactively when orders may be at-risk of not being shipped out on time.
Deliver urgent shipments that missed carrier pickup deadlines to local shipping hubs as needed.
Assist others within the departments as necessary.
Other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.

As the first and last physical touchpoint for our customers' devices, the shipping and receiving team plays a key role in our ability to help people recover memories and critical data they thought was lost forever.
Primary Responsibilities
Receive and process 50-100 incoming packages per day, ensuring accurate intake and timely handoff to appropriate departments.
Prepare outbound shipments, coordinating with FedEx and other carriers to ensure on-time delivery and proper packaging standards for sensitive devices.
Fulfill outgoing materials such as marketing mailers, promotional materials, and partner shipments with care and consistency.
Perform detailed data entry and tracking for every device and shipment; 100% accuracy is expected.
Organize and manage incoming and outgoing job bins, labeling, and routing devices efficiently.
Support administrative tasks that directly impact shipping operations, inventory, and internal workflows.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked shipping and receiving area.
Assist other departments with shipping needs and special packaging requests as required.
Other duties may be assigned based on company needs.
Required Skills and Experience
2-4 years of relevant shipping/receiving, logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse experience.
Prior experience in a high-volume shipping environment (e.g., e-commerce, logistics, or tech repair) strongly preferred.
Outstanding attention to detail - precision matters when handling our customers' most important digital belongings.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping tools and procedures.
Comfortable using computer systems for data entry, inventory tracking, and package management.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
