What You'll Do...
As a Warehouse Pulling & Staging Associate, your primary responsibilities will be to:
Pull Merchandise from rack system and load to staging area for delivery and install
Utilize proper material handling techniques when pulling, staging, and receiving to minimize damage to merchandise and personal injuries
Use appropriate inventory practices to scan when pulling, loading, and putting away product
Examine products for damages, documents reasons for damages, and notifies a supervisor
Unload containers to be received, labeled, and put away to inventory

Verity information against invoices, orders and other records
Determine method of shipment
Unpack and examine incoming shipments and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages

Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments according to order specifications
Verify product accuracy, quantities, and condition prior to shipment
Generate and process shipping documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, and carrier labels
Coordinate shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL, freight providers, etc.)
Load and unload shipments manually or using material handling equipment
Ensure shipments comply with company policies, customer requirements, and DOT regulations
Maintain accurate shipping records and update inventory or ERP systems as required
Inspect packaging to ensure proper protection and cost efficiency
Communicate shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies to supervisors
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area
Assist with inventory counts, returns, or warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
Familiarity with shipping systems, scanners, or ERP/WMS platforms a plus
Ability to read shipping documents and follow written instructions
Basic computer skills required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
