Enter essential data into Citros system. Assist Visalia plant as needed. Assist production clerical team with data entry input as needed. Follow all food safety, work related safety/GMP and HACCP practices as defined by Ventura coastal, LLC. Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality and a professional attitude always. Qualifications and Education Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, large ERP applications. Proficiency with basic mathematics skills. Post high school course work in a computer, business, or materials related management field is a significant plus. Two years clerical experience in shipping/receiving is a must. Physical Requirements The clerk will work in a warehouse office environment at a desk top computer with normal ambient temperatures 80% of the time. 20% of the time will be spent standing in a warehouse environment with temperatures varying from winter (55 to 65 degrees) to summer (80 to 90 degrees).
