Perform regular counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Order fulfillment: Monitor operation of the bottling or PE line and ensure quality control (where applicable). Reconcile shipping load sheets. Where you'll work: Culligan Plant Operators spend their time working in a warehouse - this means you'll need to be comfortable working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor spaces where weather conditions may vary. The warehouse may be noisy due to equipment, machinery, and movement of items, and may have varying temperatures that fluctuate depending on the weather. Use of resin in the warehouse may create slick surfaces. This role is highly labor intensive, requiring strong physical stamina to succeed in the role. The physical demands of our warehouse role include regular lifting up to 75lbs, in addition to carrying and moving heavy items. The warehouse rep should feel comfortable with long periods of standing and walking and will be expected to kneel and bend regularly.
