Takes calls 24-hours a day and provide consultation to universal workers/personal care attendants in emergency situations. Assist with organizing, planning and leading staff meetings. Comply with all regulations as they apply to the assisted living. Other duties as assigned by the director. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Required Education and/or Training: Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with a current license in the State of Iowa or compact license.
