Location: 3631 Soldano Blvd, Columbus, OH 43228 Duties / Responsibilities : Outreach & Communications Conducts regular outreach with community partners to maintain and develop group programming and community referrals for clients. Provides monthly updates to program staff, OLGC programs, and community collaborators as well as shares or hosts and develops content for the Center's social media page. Develop and manage relationships with partner agencies and community-based organizations to make proper referrals. Coordinates services with key stakeholders Building a network of partners with legal services, and social service providers and establish standard protocols and referral procedures to ensure holistic services and ongoing program monitoring. Represents the agency at events, meetings, and participates in community outreach events which may include providing talks, presentations, and participation in resource fairs. Information, Reception, and Pantry Manages pantry, reception, appointments, and community referrals. Supports and provides information for the Information lines and reception. Maintains records of donations. Supervise volunteers in the pantry, community events, and as needed. Greet clients and assist them with shopping utilizing the pantry point system. Organization of food/products in pantry, unloading shipments, rotating food items according to dates and assisting with food inventory/shopping. Tidy and maintain the pantry, waiting area, common kitchen and meeting spaces Assist in preparation of reporting for pantry partners, e.g., MidOhio Foodbank, Catholic Social Services, etc. Assist with survey distribution. Provide general program support to include filing and maintaining program materials Center services Develops and facilitates group classes and processes including enrollment, testing, workshops, orientations, and programs. Assists with logistics and coordination of group-based client activities. Trains staff and volunteers to assist at community events. Helps organize and implement center events overseeing the day operations, and coordination of staff/volunteers providing services and clients' needs during these events. Assists in coordinating engagement activities and events. Assists with special projects and other tasks, as necessary. Reporting and Data Assists with client/program data entry and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in ECM. Supports data gathering for reporting based on specific tasks and projects. Responsible for preparing and reporting activities related to the position. Participates in ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the program.
