As a Therapist with FCT, you will:
Work a flexible weekly schedule that includes some evening hours for client appointments, bases on client/family availability
Learn the evidenced-based framework of FCT and the four phases of treatment-including completing Level 1 Certification within 12 months of hire, supported by the supervisor and team trainer.
Provides direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with FCT principles and practices for assigned cases and meets fidelity requirements for treatment intensity (5 hours per week per family). Caseloads vary from 3-5 families, depending on travel.
Maintain clear, concise, and timely documentation records in an Electronic Health Record system to meet state, county and EBP standards.

The sign-on bonus will be paid in two installments: $1500 on the first paycheck and $1500 with the paycheck for the pay period in which the employee attains permanent status (usually 1 year). (UW System employment isn't disqualifying.)
To receive the bonus, a candidate must sign an agreement indicating they will remain in that occupational area for a year. If the candidate leaves their occupational area prior to completing the one year, they may be required to reimburse the initial payment.

DEFINITION
Under general supervision, provides independent investigative and social work services for the Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) Program. Performs diagnostic/assessment studies to identify the nature, cause and extent of the family's difficulties. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES
Provides specialized services on cases involving the protection, rehabilitation and care of children. Consults with mental health, social service, and school personnel, and other professionals connected with that case evaluation for the purpose of assessment of children's and parent's individual needs and abilities and recommends appropriate services and treatment. Prepares social histories with emphasis on psycho-social factors. Prepares and maintains records. Conducts individual and family interviews. Provides recommendations and information to the program attorneys regarding the best interest of children. Performs related duties as required.
Education, Training and Experience:
A Master's degree in social work or closely related human services field and six (6) months of professional social work experience; or a Bachelor's degree in social work or closely related human services field and two and one-half (2.5) years of professional social work experience.
Certifications/Licenses:
Applicants must possess a permanent Social Work Certification from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) prior to applying.

Possession of or eligibility for a valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.

The Stabilizer position is responsible for providing a wide array of culturally sensitive, recovery oriented, trauma sensitive, direct clinical services in conjunction with other staff within the Emergency Service Unit teams along with outside community providers. CSI will assist with the day-to-day functioning of all activities related to the Crisis Stabilization Program.
Primary duties include assessing and coordinating the placements of clients, assessments, safety planning, and coordination of ORW support services, and transitional case management of persons stabilizing from a crisis. The position involves mobility throughout the community, working with police, hospitals, other JMHC programs, outside agency's and may require working irregular hours in keeping with the needs of the program. This position on the emergency services team involves working rotating shifts as needed, including evenings weekends and holidays in order to ensure that the clinical needs of the program are being met and to enable the program to operate 24 hours a day, seven days as week, 365 days a year.
The Stabilizer reports directly to the assigned supervisor with overall program supervision provided by the Director. Minimum annual service hours are 1,352.

Provides direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with FCT principles and practices for assigned cases and meets fidelity requirements for treatment intensity (5 hours per week per family). Caseloads vary from 3-5 families, depending on travel.
Maintain clear, concise, and timely documentation records in an Electronic Health Record system to meet state, county and EBP standards.

Make referrals to appropriate community services and resources. Maintain regular contacts with schools, treatment providers and other involved professionals to ensure service provision, effectiveness, and family's progress. Maintain regular contact with the families to monitor progress and to assist them in following the case plan. Prepare factual, accurate and comprehensive petitions and court reports according to agency policy and file them in court within legal time limits. Attend court hearings according to agency policy and effectively/ proactively participate in the process. Contact families promptly after case assignment to schedule meetings. Prepare for assessments by reviewing the case record and other available information prior to family meetings. Conduct assessment interviews with family members according to Department protocols and State mandates. Gather additional information from collateral sources to complete assessments. Within required time limits, complete comprehensive and accurate family assessments, taking into consideration family and individual strengths and needs. Conduct initial assessments by reviewing all relevant information, interviewing all persons according to state standards and within mandated response times. Analyze information regarding risk level, child safety, and maltreatment substantiation.
Education, Training and Experience:
Applicants with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work, or who are currently in their final academic semester towards obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work will be screened through. Applicants with any other major must possess a training certificate, temporary or permanent Social Work Certification from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) prior to applying.
SocialWorker II:
All employees hired with a Master's degree and six (6) months of post-graduate t experience relevant to the position or a Bachelor's degree and two-and-a-half (2.5) years of post-graduate experience relevant to the position will be hired as a SocialWorker II, range 20. Those who do not meet these criteria upon hire will be hired as SocialWorker I and will advance to SocialWorker II after obtaining one of these criteria.
Certifications/Licenses:
All individuals must possess a degree and a training certificate, temporary or permanent Social Work Certification from the Wisconsin DSPS prior to the first day of employment. If any applicant does not possess a training certificate, temporary or permanent certification on the first day of employment the job offer will be rescinded and they will be terminated. Candidates with a training or temporary certificate must obtain a permanent certification within one (1) year in order to pass probation.

As a Therapist with FCT, you will:
Work a flexible weekly schedule that includes some evening hours for client appointments, bases on client/family availability
Learn the evidenced-based framework of FCT and the four phases of treatment-including completing Level 1 Certification within 12 months of hire, supported by the supervisor and team trainer.
Provides direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with FCT principles and practices for assigned cases and meets fidelity requirements for treatment intensity (5 hours per week per family). Caseloads vary from 3-5 families, depending on travel.
Maintain clear, concise, and timely documentation records in an Electronic Health Record system to meet state, county and EBP standards.
Collaborate with all relevant systems and key participants to ensure buy-in and cooperation throughout FCT treatment
Participate in weekly individual and team supervision and provide kind, direct, and honest feedback to team members, including participation in peer reviews.
Participate in a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching support system that has been established by the team (1-2 weekends in a quarter).
