THE ROLE:
Our growing team plays a major role in architecting and shaping data center GPUs offered by AMD. As part of the Exerciser team, you will architect and develop low-level GPU testcases ("exercisers") to expose silicon and software bugs. THE PERSON:

Job Description:
**5 Days work from Dallas Office
** No HYBRID
Align Sigmoid with key Client initiatives
Interface daily with customers across leading Fortune 500 companies to understand strategic requirements
Connect with CIO, VP and Director level clients on a regular basis.
Ability to understand business requirements and tie them to technology solutions
Build a delivery plan with domain experts and stay on track
Design, develop and evolve highly scalable and fault-tolerant distributed components using Big data technologies.
Excellent experience in Application development and support, integration development and data management.
Build team and manage it day to day basis
Play the key role of hiring manager to build the future of Sigmoid.
Guiding developers in day to day design and coding tasks, stepping in to code if needed.
Define your team structure, Hire and train your team as needed
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology to ensure the greatest ROI for customer & Sigmoid
Hands on coder with good understanding on enterprise level code
Design and implement APIs, abstractions and integration patterns to solve challenging distributed computing problems
Experience in defining technical requirements, data extraction, data transformation, automating jobs, productionizing jobs, and exploring new big data technologies within a Parallel Processing environment

Facilitate in Technical Aspects
Help Technical architects understand clients business constraints while drawing out architectures
Build a business case around highly scalable and fault-tolerant distributed components designed by technical architects
Lead integration effort onsite with the client technical teams
Understand client acceptance criteria and emulate that for offshore technical teams
Receive and monitor technical deliverables from the offshore team and present to client teams
Qualifications:
8-16+ years track record of relevant work experience and a Computer Science or related technical discipline is required
Dynamic leader who has directly managed team of highly competent developers in fast paced work environment
Experience in Architecture and delivery of Enterprise scale applications.
Lead and execute data migration projects, especially migrations to AWS
Architect and develop data warehouses using modern cloud technologies
Handle data project migrations from legacy systems (including Hadoop-based platforms) to cloud environments
Work extensively with Snowflake and Databricks for data processing and analytics
Preferred Qualification:
Architecting, developing, implementing and maintaining Big Data solutions
Experience with database modeling and development, data mining and warehousing.
Experience with Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Impala, Spark, Kerberos, KAFKA, etc)

About the Role
Ragle Inc. is expanding its Data & Analytics team and is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer with 2-3 years of industry experience to help centralize and modernize operational, accounting, and project data.
In this role, you will design and operate production-grade data pipelines that connect our in-house platform, accounting systems, telematics, scheduling, estimating tools, Smartsheet, and third-party APIs. These pipelines will power analytics used daily by Operations, Accounting, Estimating, and Executive Leadership.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines using SQL and Python
Ingest data from Azure SQL databases, third-party APIs, and structured file sources (CSV/Excel)
Help establish and maintain a centralized analytics data model (fact and dimension tables)
Partner with analysts to support Power BI semantic models and improve dataset performance
Implement data quality checks, logging, monitoring, and alerting
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate workflows into robust data products
Contribute to version control, deployment, and data engineering standards (Git, environments)
Support migrations away from manual Excel workflows toward automated, governed datasets
Key Responsibilities
Build ETL/ELT processes integrating operational, accounting/payroll, and fleet telematics data
