Our full-time Ultrasonographer will support the needs of our patients and facility by way of performing the necessary ultrasounds. Hours: Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with holiday and weekend rotation. This position is based in Bryn Mawr and may require occasional travel to our other clinics in: Havertown, West Chester, Wyomissing, Philadelphia - Arch St. and Fort Washington. Reliable transportation is a must for this position. Essential Responsibilities: * Obtain measurements and calculations of female anatomy while performing a detailed ultrasound examination. * Utilize techniques that result in optimized images. * Obtain appropriate images that clearly demonstrate ultrasound findings in accordance with specified protocols and accreditation standards. * Communicate effectively with medical staff regarding pertinent ultrasound findings in a concise, complete and accurate manner. * Perform departmental tasks that are necessary to maintaining quality throughout all aspects of job duties performed. * Document results utilizing our electronic medical records system. * Must be able to function independently. * Must possess the ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team. * Must possess the interpersonal skills needed to communicate effectively with patients, staff and medical personnel. * Other tasks as assigned.
