We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain positive relationships within assigned customer accounts, overseeing the sales process, and acting as the primary point of contact to retain and grow these accounts. You will maintain regular communication with customers, coordinate with the Service team to ensure satisfaction, promptly address concerns and advocate for customers when performance or billing issues arise. Assigned accounts are generally larger and more complex.
**Position Details**
+ Primarily responsible for growing our overall service business by prospecting in assigned market territory to develop and cultivate **_new_** "existing building" "owner direct" customers.
+ Primary goal is to sell **_new_** service maintenance agreements and truck-based service and projectwork.
+ Proactively manages the service sales process to close sales, including prospecting, qualifying, customer's setup and procurement process, proposals, presentations, as well as handling questions and objections.
+ Develops and maintains positive relationships within assigned customer accounts. Oversees the sales process and acts as a "One Southland" point of contact for customers, engaging any internal teams or support necessary to allow for additional business development.
+ Continuously generates new sales by using existing and potential customer networks and social networking. Identifies new business opportunities acting as the customer's building solutions partner for all areas of locally provided service offerings.
+ Mentors less-experienced Service Account Managers.
**Qualifications**
+ Strong knowledge of service policies, procedures and capabilities
+ Strong verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
+ Strong customer service skills and ability to develop customer relationships
+ Demonstrated sales skills in prospecting, qualifying, proposing and closing sales and capable of developing and managing large accounts (existing and new)
+ Strong collaboration skills internally and externally, with strong problem-solving abilities
+ Frequent travel to job sites within assigned region
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
+ Solid knowledge of CRM
+ Education: Two-year relevant degree or equivalent training and experience, such as trade-level training or industry experience

Continuously improves the quality of the program through the full project life cycle.
What you'll do:
* Manage and document inspections for jurisdictional, contract compliance and 3rd party requirements. document management of inspection set of drawings and individual tests leading up to final inspection coordinate jurisdictional visits with trade superintendents, include required and appropriate documentation in programs (such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)) for testing documentation.
* Maintain certifications for qualified individuals and continuity logs verify work being done in accordance with qualified procedures and individuals.
* Ensure that all materials and construction are in accordance with the requirements for the completeness, accuracy and constructability in accordance with applicable building codes and project specifications.
* Participate in progress and QC meetings. Review contract drawings and identify areas/scopes where items need addressed to confirm install scope is in alignment with CD's. Verify RFI's and/or submittals cover any differences.
* Document fabrications in accordance with Work Package's. Identify deficiencies in either quality or accuracy, document deficiencies via NCR and have corrected prior to shipment to site. Provide summary visit information and documentation to communicate with team status of WP's.
* Verify equipment and systems installed comply with appropriate install details, requirements manufacture and/or contract drawings, completeness and quality. Develop list of items that need corrected with Trade Superintendents and/or Shop Managers. Track and oversee items on list to completion. Involved in L2 process and documentation for equipment receiving and set in place (ready for energization). Work through resolution of owner punch items relating to install scope quality with Trade Superintendents, Shop Managers, and other team members.

As a Safety Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Division Safety Program by helping ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal safety requirements. You'll partner closely with field teams and leadership to promote a proactive safety culture while coordinating and supporting safety activities across job sites.
Position Details
* Conduct inspections of job sites, ranging from small-scale to complex projects, to verify compliance with company policies as well as state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. Prepare and submit detailed reports of observations and identified concerns to project supervisors and safety management. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards by coordinating, promoting, and implementing programs and activities aligned with the organization's safety management system.
* Document safety inspections, identify dangerous areas/procedures and recommend corrective procedures. Provide recommendations for correcting non-compliance issues and ensure safety issues are corrected within designated time frame.
* Help maintain required documentation related to safety issues, including accident reports, inspection reports and training logs, and review daily job hazard logs and take action as required.
* Provide emergency response and assistance to employees as needed.
* Assist with accident and injury investigations and prepare documentation for regulatory reporting.
* Assist with the development of training materials and coordinate and facilitate employee training as necessary.
* Use your experience to train less experienced safety employees as needed.
* Exercise independent judgment in day-to-day responsibilities while collaborating with leadership on decisions that significantly impact the organization.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 2+ years working as a Safety professional in a construction environment, including training experience.
* A Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health or Environmental Applied Sciences is required or have related strong construction safety experience.
* Have a CHST, ASP or other BCSP certifications would be ideal and preferred.
* CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
* OSHA 30hr training required.

Position Details
* Primarily responsible for growing our overall service business by prospecting in assigned market territory to develop and cultivate new "existing building" "owner direct" customers.
* Primary goal is to sell new service maintenance agreements and truck-based service and project work.
* Proactively manages the service sales process to close sales, including prospecting, qualifying, customer's setup and procurement process, proposals, presentations, as well as handling questions and objections.
* Develops and maintains positive relationships within assigned customer accounts. Oversees the sales process and acts as a "One Southland" point of contact for customers, engaging any internal teams or support necessary to allow for additional business development.
* Continuously generates new sales by using existing and potential customer networks and social networking. Identifies new business opportunities acting as the customer's building solutions partner for all areas of locally provided service offerings.
* Mentors less-experienced Service Account Managers.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of service policies, procedures and capabilities
* Strong verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
* Strong customer service skills and ability to develop customer relationships
* Demonstrated sales skills in prospecting, qualifying, proposing and closing sales and capable of developing and managing large accounts (existing and new)
* Strong collaboration skills internally and externally, with strong problem-solving abilities
* Frequent travel to job sites within assigned region
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Solid knowledge of CRM
* Education: Two-year relevant degree or equivalent training and experience, such as trade-level training or industry experience
