Ability to implement industry standard programming techniques by mastering advanced fundamental software development concepts, practices, and procedures, and having the ability to analyze and solve problems in existing systems.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing and performance/stress testing.
Experience with database management skills.
Track record of executing complex, multi-faceted and organizationally distributed projects.
Strong communication skills.

Modify and adapt activities in response to weather and to meet medical, psychosocial, accessibility, and other camper needs to ensure an inclusive experience
Enforce all archery program safety rules
Ensure that all equipment and supplies are safely stored and maintained
Collaborate with supervisor and the Program Coordinator in the preparation, purchase order, and record-keeping of inventory of supplies in assigned areas
Support, lead, and evaluate archery volunteers
Submit weekly archery plan to supervisor
Assist the Cabin Life team with maintaining appropriate supervision of campers, including providing overnight coverage in cabins as needed

The successful Project Engineer will have the opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and technicians on municipal projects. Project engineering responsibilities include infrastructure design, preparation of construction documents, cost estimating, and thorough project QA/QC. Project Management duties include developing and managing the project scope, schedule, and budget; and delivering an overall quality project to our clients. Collaboration with a team of engineers and mentoring of entry-level staff will be essential.
Your Responsibilities
* Managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects and engineers.
* Developing and maintaining project scope, schedule, and budget.
* Project Management with municipal projects involving infrastructure design, site/civil design, roadway rehabilitation/reconstruction, and pedestrian/bicycle facilities.
* Understanding of State, Local, and Federal funding programs.
* Understanding ODOT design criteria, standards, and specifications.
* Participation in local professional society functions.
* Client relationship management.

Requirements
Education, Experience & Licensure:
* Ohio Prof. Engineering License.
* 4-10 years' Municipal Project Engineering.
* Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation ORD.
Technical Skills:
* The desire and ability to build strong client relationships.
* Ability to train entry-level engineers and interns.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills and enjoy working in a team environment.

Position Summary
Responsible for the new employee pre-employment screening process for all Winsupply companies. Will also serve as benefits understudy and alternate.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Initiate pre-employment screening orders for new hire candidates
Provide screening results to hiring company presidents/managers
Work with Risk Management/Legal on adverse screening results
Track and maintain details of all screening orders daily (currently using smartsheet)
Follow up with company presidents/managers on outstanding screening orders
Review vendor generated daily and weekly reports
Account user maintenance within the vendor's system
Work closely with screening vendor on service levels, system issues, new accounts set up, user credentialing, and billing
Monthly invoicing to Local Companies
All other duties as assigned
