We are looking for nurturing , and student-centered people who enjoy young children and enjoy working with young children. Primary Functions: Supporting a Twos classroom throughout the school day. Supervising students during age-appropriate activities inside the classroom and during outside play. Assist with classroom clean up throughout the day. Assist with personal care routines of 2 yr olds. Assist with snack, meal time, and nap routines. Follow all Texas Childcare licensing guidelines. Required Skills: Must be able to pass the Texas Child Care licensing background screen. Must be at least 21 years of age. Available 7:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. Monday through Friday during the school year. Childcare and/or teaching experience with children ages 12 to 35 months is strongly preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; to bend, stoop, and reach overhead. Ability to work outside in inclement and hot weather.
