Your Responsibilities Will Include: Create comprehensive workout plans for clients Motivate and guide clients during their training sessions Ensure clients train safely with proper form and technique Provide clients with regular feedback and accountability on their progress Talk to members of the gym about their goals and introduce them to our training packages Focus on retaining clients at a high level Qualifications: Personal training certification and/or fitness related degree required Must have current, valid CPR/AED certification 1+ years' experience as a personal trainer or group instructor Ability to perform exercises and movements as demonstrations for clients Enthusiastic, encouraging attitude Sales experience a plus Compensation and Benefits: Between $11 to $30 hourly based on certifications, and experience Full time and Part time schedules available. New Castle Schools will provide the students at HYCA with their educational programming in the coming school year. The Hoosier Youth Challenge Academy is a program that is run by the National Guard that houses Cadets aged 15-to 18 and is a military-style academy. Students spend their days split between academics, life skills, and physical training. Cadets live at the facility for 5 months, and there are two class cycles per year. The schedule will vary and teachers will be required to follow the HYCA schedule. Preferably in Math, English, Science, and/or Social Studies. Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills. Successfully complete a criminal history background check PAY AND HOURS: The hours will be Monday - Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm at the Hoosier Youth Challenge Academy in Knightstown, Indiana. Hourly pay range $30.00-$50.00 and will be determined based on experience and license status. This position does not follow the traditional NCCSC calendar and hours.
