Responsibilities
Schedule patients efficiently and effectively.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
Assist with insurance verifications to ensure smooth patient experiences.
Perform duties related to Electronic Health Records (EHR) using Epic software.
Conduct Non-Stress Tests (NST) with a preference for Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM).
Essential Skills
Valid NY State RN License.
Experience with electronic health records, preferably Epic.
Strong maternal, fetal, and labor/delivery experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring preferred for conducting NST.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
Work Environment
