Overview
The Field Performance Technicians are responsible for the management, scheduling, and completion of all service and warranty related work. The Field Service / Field Performance Technician must have the ability to work both independently and as a member of the Performance O&M team. This position will interact closely with the customers, Branch Manager, the Senior Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor and the centralized scheduling Field Service Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
Work with the Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor and the Branch Manager to allocate labor resources to service and warranty projects as needed
Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians.
Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices
Support the on-boarding and training of new members of the field performance team
Regularly exceed defined goals for field performance key performance indicators including but not limited to turnaround time, experience rating and average dispatches completed
Assist with other tasks including inspections and site audits when assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1 - 3 years of previous field construction or solar experience required
PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred
High School diploma is required
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (include where appropriate)
Must maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check. Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman certification or license preferred. Depending on state requirements an Electrical Journeyman certification or license may be required

Provide off-shift coverage (evenings and/or weekends) of all process engineering activities across multiple functional areas for fuel cell manufacturing.
Respond promptly to production line down scenarios, such as measurements out of spec, defects observed at automated visual inspection or manual visual inspection, defects on incoming parts, etc. Assess the situation, determine root cause, and adjust parameters to return process under control and resume volume production. Document activities appropriately.

**Overview**
As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers. **Potential Earnings:** While the average compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 (location and personal success dependent), our top performers can earn up to an impressive $160,000+ per year.

**Qualifications/How You Will Be Successful:**
+ Success in this role relies on strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for our mission.
+ You'll need to commit to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays, to maximize your sales success and earning potential.
+ Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius (on average) is essential for managing a multi-store territory.

We are looking for a Ink Manufacturing Technician to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to the SR. Manager, Ink Manufacturing and based in Freemont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role.
Role and Responsibilities:
Safely handle chemicals and materials
Manufacture various inks and pastes
Use printing machines as needed
Run quality inspection equipment
Perform equipment set up / change-over / low level maintenance
Assist in development of manufacturing procedures to create the most efficient processes
Record, maintain and report quality, inventory and production data
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Other related duties as assigned by supervision
Skills and Experience:
BS in Science or Engineering or AS with 2 years lab or manufacturing experience
Experience with safely handling chemicals and materials preferably in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Quality Assurance equipment like viscometers, balances, etc
Excellent computer skills: Microsoft excel is a must
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work in team environment
Able to troubleshoot chemical lab equipment
Able to timely and accurately complete tasks with minimum supervision

Department Overview
NPI Automation team designs and builds “Proof of Concept” tools for Engineering and Manufacturing. Anything from simple mechanical fixtures to semi-automated vision systems to fully automated robotic workstations.
Position Responsibilities
Documents design - electrical schematics, wiring/cabling diagrams, I/O list. AutoCAD/ DraftSight preferred.
Troubleshooting complex automated equipment consists of Allen Bradley PLC, Keyence Vision system, Sensors, and actuators.
Hands on in wiring electrical control panel.
Configure and setup sensors - no contact displacement sensor, contact switch, IO-Link devices/ smart sensors.
Learn and implement basic to intermediate machine vision applications using Cognex / Keyence smart camera.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently a student earning a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automatic Controls or a related discipline.
Must be graduating between spring 2026 and August 2027
Desired Qualifications
Proficient in electrical schematics.
Understanding Fundamental about automated control system/ equipment, sensors, actuators, Electrical safety, Panel design
Hands-on electrical engineer who likes figuring out and solve technical problems.
Collaborator: collaborate with Sr. Engineers and technicians to meet project objective.
