Overview
The Field Performance Technicians are responsible for the management, scheduling, and completion of all service and warranty related work. The Field Service / Field Performance Technician must have the ability to work both independently and as a member of the Performance O&M team. This position will interact closely with the customers, Branch Manager, the Senior Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor and the centralized scheduling Field Service Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
Work with the Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor and the Branch Manager to allocate labor resources to service and warranty projects as needed
Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians.
Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices
Support the on-boarding and training of new members of the field performance team
Regularly exceed defined goals for field performance key performance indicators including but not limited to turnaround time, experience rating and average dispatches completed
Assist with other tasks including inspections and site audits when assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1 - 3 years of previous field construction or solar experience required
PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred
High School diploma is required
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (include where appropriate)
Must maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check. Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman certification or license preferred. Depending on state requirements an Electrical Journeyman certification or license may be required

Role and Responsibilities:
Lead process validation and optimization for existing and future products in high-volume manufacturing environment
Lead process characterization and qualification (DOE, SPC, PFMEA)
Drive yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives
Develop and sustain process operating procedures and related documentation.
Work closely with production, equipment engineering, maintenance and quality engineering to resolve yield, quality and throughout issues.
Drive Process improvement and cycle time reduction and defect reduction task forces in high volume manufacturing.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize cycle time, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness
Collaborate with NPI, equipment engineering and production on new equipment/product to ensure seamless pilot run and production ramp
Provide guidance to Shift Engineers and Process Technicians for respective process area and projects.
Collaborate with automation and IT teams to integrate furnace control systems and MES for real time process monitoring and data collection
Develop MES dashboards and alerts for process deviations, downtime and KPI tracking
Support paperless manufacturing initiatives and digital workflows related to furnace operations.
Skills and Experience:
B.S. degree in Engineering (Physics, Material, or Mechanical). Master or Ph.D. preferred.
8 -10+ years' experience in high volume manufacturing environments, with hands-on process engineering, manufacturing engineering, and sustaining experience
Expertise in gas furnace or high-temperature thermal process in high volume manufacturing is preferred
Deep understanding of sintering mechanisms and thermal/mechanical behavior of ceramics in extreme environments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to understand interaction of hardware and process as they affect the final product.
Demonstrated experience owning a process module in both a development environment and high-volume manufacturing environment, along with a proven track record of defining processes and procedures for manufacturing.
Demonstrated track record of solving manufacturing yield problems.
Methodical approach to process development with depth in data analysis associated with SPC, DOE, pFMEA, fishbone analysis. Working knowledge of data analysis software such as JMP is a plus.

Role Summary/Purpose
The Senior Energy Transition Champion is part of the organization that provides technical advisory service to customers for them to evaluate best technology alternatives for their own de-carbonization journey. Qualifications and desired characteristics

* Minimum 5 years of experience of power generation technology, i.e. Gas Turbines, reciprocating engines, Battery storage, wind and solar, in different roles and ability to articulate the value proposition to customers
* Background in energy related technology and solutions. Ability to assess impact of price, schedule, configuration and performance decisions on customers, market and investors

Department Overview
The Equipment Engineering team supports the Operations team by ensuring manufacturing equipment is properly maintained, optimized for performance, and aligned with production goals. Overview

Department Overview
NPI Automation team designs and builds "Proof of Concept" tools for Engineering and Manufacturing. Anything from simple mechanical fixtures to semi-automated vision systems to fully automated robotic workstations.
Position Responsibilities
* Documents design - electrical schematics, wiring/cabling diagrams, I/O list. AutoCAD/ DraftSight preferred.
* Troubleshooting complex automated equipment consists of Allen Bradley PLC, Keyence Vision system, Sensors, and actuators.
* Hands on in wiring electrical control panel.
* Configure and setup sensors - no contact displacement sensor, contact switch, IO-Link devices/ smart sensors.
* Learn and implement basic to intermediate machine vision applications using Cognex / Keyence smart camera.
Minimum Qualifications
* Currently a student earning a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automatic Controls or a related discipline.
* Must be graduating between spring 2026 and August 2027

POSITION SUMMARY
Sunrun is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Affiliate Partner team as a Sr. Partner Pipeline Manager supporting our Strategic Partnerships. This pivotal role collaborates closely with Account Executives and Program Performance Managers to oversee and manage end-to-end pipeline activities and project development.
As the Sr. Partner Pipeline Manager, you will play a vital role in optimizing project progression from Initial Proposal Submission to System Activation, ensuring seamless execution for client and customer satisfaction. This individual will focus on the holistic health and operational performance of our Affiliate partners, with an emphasis on installation performance, capacity optimization and process improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate with Account Executives and Program Performance Managers to oversee an entire pipeline portfolio, ensuring efficient project development and execution through operational guidance, problem solving and metric-based check-ins.
* Take ownership of relationships with operational leads, managers, and submission teams, providing support and guidance to ensure the smooth progression of day-to-day project activities and fulfillment.
* Serve as the primary owner and responsible party for ensuring the progression of projects from initial approval to system activation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving quality and speed in all deliverables.
* Lead the tactical execution of key partnership and program initiatives with assigned partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving mutual success through effective collaboration.
