The Opportunity
We are seeking an ECHO Administrator to work at our Temecula, CA or St. Paul, MN location in our Vascular division.
The ECHO Administrator will support the ECHO complaint handling system used by Abbott Vascular and Structural Heart, including automation. Maintain user access and training requirements for the system. Maintain internal data to the system. Support business with troubleshooting and tool creation in collaboration with the run team. Supporting changes to the system in collaboration with BTS.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Maintain user access and training requirements for the system.
Maintain business data in the system (contacts, accounts, part/lot, drug lot, GUIDID information, Device and patient codes, reporting details)
Creating / supporting refreshable queries that are used as business tools and for automation
Support business with troubleshooting in collaboration with the run team.
Work with business to identify low impact changes and implement with the run team.
Supporting changes and upgrades (driven by regulatory requirements, platform upgrades, business needs) to the system in collaboration with BTS.
Work with PPG teams to understand ideas for improvement and translate these needs into User Requirements and Functional Requirements and draft / execute UAT
Work with business to identify business deliverables and implementation timing associated with system changes and coordinate training and execution

Position Description

Under the direction of the Manager, Surveillance Technical, the Surveillance Infrastructure Technician is responsible for managing and overseeing the Surveillance Department's systems, equipment, components, and infrastructure across all properties owned and operated by the Tribe, including Yaamava Resort & Casino, retail spaces, entertainment venues, amenities, food and beverage areas, numerous remote site locations, and the Reservation. This includes CCTV systems, conduit bending and installation, cable installation, termination, and testing, as well as certification of fiber optic, category, multi-conductor, and coaxial cables. Installs cameras, and cross-connecting components such as servers, network switches, storage devices, and PC workstations while ensuring all Surveillance Department system components and infrastructure comply with industry, regulatory, state, and federal standards. Implements and maintains point-to-point wireless networks, host and participate in monthly training sessions, understand network architecture and basic A/V architecture, possess a basic understanding of network protocols, and have a strong ability to foster cross-departmental collaboration. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Installs and configure surveillance department system components such as cameras, servers, prepare network switches, storage devices, wireless devices, equipment racks, cabinets, environmental monitoring devices, and weapons detection systems. Installs/dresses, terminates, tests, certifies, and labels various types of cable (i.e. Category cable, fiber, coaxial). 4. Operates equipment such as man lifts, aerial boom lift/truck, utility vehicles, and enterprise vehicles. Uses tools including but not limited; ladders, power tools and various hand tools.

6. Maintains accurate inventory of all surveillance system components and tools.
