Job Description • Diagnose and remediate issues with Windows Server Infrastructure, and related roles and features, as well as other Microsoft and third-party Windows business infrastructure applications, while identifying recurring issues which can be remediated through automation Qualifications • Troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory topology, and related features, in a complex, multi -site and/or multi-domain environment • Manage a server infrastructure with machines running Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, and 2012 R2 • Administer VMware vSphere infrastructure and Hosted Guest Machines from Windows based administration tools, such as the vSphere client and PowerCLI • Document all troubleshooting information in ticketing system • Utilize PowerShell to configure roles and features of Microsoft products.
