We are seeking an experienced Lead nCino and Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Application Support team. This position will be responsible for the leading administration, support, and maintenance of the nCino and Salesforce platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations, support system capabilities, assist with releases and vendor upgrades, and enhance platform performance. Additionally, the role will involve leading support for end users, performing scheduled system maintenance, maintaining third-party applications and services integration, managing platform releases, and collaborating with the development team to implement system improvements. The primary responsibility of this role will be managing the nCino Commercial Lending Application. You will lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed successfully and meet audit standards as well as leading the other admins and support specialist. As a senior administrator, you will guide less experienced team members to ensure they adhere to GBCI standards. You will also maintain up-to-date technical documentation and ensure testing is completed at all levels for new systems, releases, enhancements, and break/fix solutions.
