Troubleshoot issues identified by our network monitoring systems or reported by users. Manage and automate patch management procedures for Windows Servers, VMWare vSphere and network devices. Manage and update system hardening standards based on industry best practices and known vulnerabilities. Manage Active Directory users and groups to ensure appropriate logical access. Interact with clients or prospects to help them understand our security posture. Perform maintenance tasks during off-hour maintenance windows to minimize possible service disruption. Respond to off-hour, high severity alerts that may immediately impact security and availability. Required Experience Experience configuring and managing Windows Server and IIS environments using automation. Experience administering and deploying resources in Azure environments.
