Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Administration & Operations

Support operations, maintenance, and performance monitoring of the ServiceNow platform.
Manage system interfaces, eBonding connections, and related internal services.
Required Skills/Education:
8-12 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Administration, operations, or enterprise ITSM environments.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; if degree is in an unrelated field, an additional 4 years of relevant experience is required.
Ability to perform all functional duties independently.
ServiceNow Administrator certification preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Catalog, and CMDB functions.
