GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES
The Administrator is responsible for assuring that the daily operations of the facility comply with local, state, and federal regulatory and accrediting body standards. This position is responsible for all clinical, administrative, and business office operations. This role includes planning, organizing, delegating, coordination, staff utilization, budgeting, controlling, and marketing the services provided by the facility. In addition, the Administrator is responsible for the administration and supervision of all medical personnel and is accountable for the coordination of all medical care given and all related supporting services of the ambulatory surgical center and its personnel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Drive top-line growth & cultivate strong physician relationships.
* Owns and is accountable for organic top-line growth via increased volume, strategic service line growth, new physician recruitment, and increasing volume from existing
* Designs and executes physician recruitment and marketing programs designed to drive case volume growth via partnerships with physicians, medical groups, health system partners, local employers and third-party
* Initiates, develops and maintains strong physician relationships to support topline growth, governance, board/partnership interests, and trust/confidence in Surgery Partners as a preferred partner and management
* Recommends, develops and executes short- and long-term strategic plans that drive best in class clinical, financial, and operational
* Partners with Director of Operations and/or Regional Vice President and other Surgery Partners leaders to design and implement various growth initiatives and operational effectiveness

Responsibilities
As a Systems Administrator, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of United States Mobility Air Force's. You will play a crucial role in maintaining their systems.
Interacts with Head Quarters (HQ) Air Mobility Command (AMC) A4 Program Managers to determine requirements supporting end users.
Provide research, design, and/or modifications for enterprise-wide systems and/or applications.
Provide managerial guidance supporting the Logistics Information System in sortie generation and integrate with Maintenance Information Systems operations at HQ AMC and base levels.
Provide end user support and guidance of the eTools (mobile devices, handheld devices, laptops, and computers) and Logistics Information System server environment within the Logistics community.
Provide technical administration and operational management of eTools and servers supporting strategic level programs:
Manage and/or perform equipment installations, peripheral connections, installation, and deletion of software consistent with standard configurations and/or established policies on government approved mobile devices, laptops, and computers (wired or wireless) for Logistics functions.
Resolves and/or escalates matters of significance to reduce the impact on global customers and maximize system availability.
Advise on software and hardware tools utilization, identifying and diagnosing problems and factors affecting network performance onsite and at other installations without dedicated staff support (i.e., enroutes).
Implement network security policies and procedures for Logistics functions equipment by base or higher computer support agencies and organization's Computer Systems Security Officers.
Management of trouble ticket items that include problem resolutions, date/time reported, date/time fixed, and recommendations into United States government system.
Prepare, document, manage, and maintain required user access documents (i.e. laptop agreements, mobile device agreements, information assurance training).
Plan, operate and maintain backup system for Logistics Information System servers and eTools using industry standards or higher.
Track and manage government furnished equipment designated by Air Mobility Command in accordance with all applicable Air Mobility Command, USAF and DoD instructions, policies, and guidelines.
Provides work guidance to less experienced personnel and technical consulting on complex projects.
Provide management of eTools, cabinets, cabinet consumables, and other peripherals needed to support AMC logistics and aircraft sortie generation, including:
Research, document, provide recommendations, and estimates for yearly central purchasing.
Track procurement process, manage acceptance documents, and recommend government acceptance of completed orders.
Manage all aspects of the AMC eTool warranty processes.

8 years of DCGS experience.

The Engineering Systems Technician performs or assists in a variety of responsible duties in the design, programming, testing, maintenance, repair, and calibration of the City's SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition) systems, asset management software. Will also work with City IT and GIS staff.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Performs daily inspections and makes necessary adjustments and repairs on all instrumentation and control systems used to monitor and/or operate the Wastewater Treatment facility; Water Treatment Facility; water production stations, pressure stations, water storage tanks and wastewater lift stations.
Performs functional tests, routine maintenance and preventive care for electronic control equipment which includes programmable logical controllers (PLCs), remote terminal units (RTUs), variable speed drives, switch gear equipment, radio telemetry systems, etc.; Diagnose, troubleshoot, update, and repair malfunctioning recording and transmitting devices, etc.
Required to respond to after-hour alarms and emergencies.
Performs routine calibration and configuration control on electronic equipment; Maintains calibration and system integrity records as required; Performs and monitors installation and/or modifications of instrumentation and control systems for conformance with plans and specifications, and assure proper operation; Modify, design, and change control circuits as required to support additional systems or to sustain temporary operations.
Provide direction for outside contractors, engineers, and vendors for installation and/or specialized control systems maintenance; Inspect contractor/vendor installations for compatibility and functionality with control systems interface.
Monitor inventory levels, assist in preparations of requisitions and purchase required materials, parts, and services needed for repairs; Monitor performance of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system and respond as necessary; Maintain required reports.
Update the asset management system and review system reports for pending work orders, backlog work request and preventive maintenance schedules; Prepares schematics and records of installed system parameters; Documents system changes, performance and failures as needed.
Works with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) staff to maintain databases including water & wastewater systems. Uses & assists other staff with the use of GIS programs.
Provides software administration through support of asset/work management in various City departments. Trains users, answers questions, troubleshoots problems, performs required maintenance, and assists in system upgrades.
Performs all other duties as deemed necessary and assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
EDUCATION: A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. A minimum of two (2) years' technical training in electronic maintenance is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year of related experience in electronics and/or radio equipment repair and installation. Experience with Wonderware, Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 and Siemens LC2000 is preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS: Must possess and maintain a valid Kansas Driver's License with acceptable driving record. Journeyman Electrical license is preferred.

Job Description
Members of this Service Area provide technical expertise to manage enterprise infrastructure technologies. Answer phone calls to troubleshoot, configure, document, coordinate with customers, and create and resolve ITIL incidents following established guidelines and directives. Manage, ITIL incidents assigned to Infrastructure Service Area and include, but is not limited to, incidents relating to OSI Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, 802.1q VLAN, Shortest Path Bridging (802.1AQ), 802.1x switch port authentication/Cisco ISE, router and switching operating system/firmware, Cisco VPN, related DNS and DHCP, dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), physical and virtual networks, QoS, Cisco Nexus Data Center technology, MPLS networks and DISA STIG implementation.
The contractor shall support Infrastructure on first shift. ANG NOS Infrastructure manages the following:
Cisco routers and switches on 2 networks
VPN appliances
Cisco Nexus devices on 2 networks

Special Qualifications
Must have a minimum of Cisco CCNP with three (3) years of related professional IT experience commensurate with tasks outlined in this service area.
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot OSI Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching features, 802.1q VLAN implementations and Shortest Path Bridging (802.1AQ).
