Customize interactions based on each family's needs, strengths, and challenges to improve prevention of adverse childhood experiences and promote wellbeing.
Family Engagement and Support:Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with families.
Provide parents with information, support, and encouragement around their childs development.
Develop a transition plan with each family.
Assist families in setting and achieving individualized family goals based on screenings, assessments and selected curricula that promote strengthening the parent/caregiver-child relationship.
Facilitate access to community resources and support services.
Participating in Transdisciplinary Team Approach (TTA) meetings for those children receiving Early Intervention services Attending Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings for those children in Early Intervention services.
Developmental Screening and Assessment:Conduct developmental screenings and assessments using approved tools.
Interpret results with parents, develop appropriate action plans and provide appropriate resources.
Monitor child and family progress, adjust plans, and follow up on provided resources as necessary.
Group Connections:Assist in planning group connections to provide opportunities for parents to connect with one another and strengthen their parenting skills.
Attend and facilitate discussions and activities during group connections, ensuring alignment with PAT guidelines.
Data Collection and Reporting:Collect and enter data accurately into required data management systems.
Maintaining family files with required and accurate records adhering to ECECD and PAT model file record requirements.
Including maintaining family files onsite according to HIPAA requirements.
Prepare and submit timely reports as required by program guidelines.
Conduct family satisfaction surveys annually and at exit to inform practice and improve service delivery.

Assist with coordination of behaviora1 health referrals, warm hand-offs and maintain an active list of community resources, assist the behavioral health providers with primary screens (i.e., risk assessments, PHQ-9, GAD-7, ACE. PCL-5, social determinants of health) to identify client needs and to assist with the data entry such as the Treat First process.
10% SBIRT/CCSS: The incumbent's secondary role is to conduct SBIRT services, identifying individuals with substance use disorders and those at risk of developing these disorders. The incumbent process includes providers screening, brief intervention, and referrals for treatment when necessary. Brief Intervention can include psychoeducation, support services, crisis intervention, and skills building.

Rocky Mountain Youth Corps (RMYC) is a nonprofit youth development organization serving New Mexico. We inspire young adults to make a positive difference in themselves and their communities. Through training and service, Corpsmembers discover their potential for healthy, productive lives.
POSITION PURPOSE:
Conservation Crews will work to safely complete conservation projects in their communities. Project work may include chainsaw work, trail work, fencing, invasive species removal, historic preservation, or other community improvement work. All Corpsmembers will receive both personal and professional development training such as First Aid/CPR, Mental Health First Aid, financial management, and public speaking skills.
POSITION TYPE: Seasonal, full time, exempt AmeriCorps member
SCHEDULE: Day work, Spike schedule, or Hybrid schedule.Day work schedule is Tuesday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm with weekends off. Spike schedule is Tuesday-Tuesday, 7:00am-5:30pm, camping at the project site. Spike is 8 days on shift followed by 6 days off. Hybrid schedule includes both spike work and day work.
STIPEND: $650.00 ($16.25/hr equivalent) stipend per week before taxes.
REPORTS TO: Staff Crew Supervisor with support and additional oversight by Upper Rio Grande Conservation Program Coordinator.
Start/End DATE OPTIONS:
March 23rd to July 29th (675 hour term) or November 14, 2026 (1,200 hour term)
August 10th to November 13th, 2026 (450 hour term)
Dates subject to change due to weather, funding, or other conditions
EDUCATION AWARD: $1,956.35 upon successful completion of 450 hour AmeriCorps Service Term OR $2,817.14 upon successful completion of 675 hour AmeriCorps Service Term OR $5,176.50 upon successful completion of 1,200 hour AmeriCorps Service Term.
LOCATION: RMYC Taos Office: 1203 King Drive, Taos, NM 87571 with project locations throughout the state. Participants must have reliable transportation to and from this location, according to their work schedule for the duration of the season.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform service work with pride and determination on all projects as part of a team.
Actively participate in daily check-ins and educational training sessions.
Maintain a safe work environment to ensure both physical and mental well-being.
Comply with work standards set forth by project partners and Crew Supervisors.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Assist with camp chores such as meal prep and site clean-up.
QUALIFICATIONS:
17- 30 years of age as of March 23, 2026 (must be 18 years old to operate a chainsaw)
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent or agree to obtain one prior to using the Segal Education Award
If you are not capable of obtaining a High School diploma or equivalent or are enrolled in an institution of higher education on an ability to benefit basis you may be considered eligible for funds under section 484 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1091)

BENEFITS:
Healthcare coverage is available to all AmeriCorps members at no cost to the member. This is considered primary coverage and is not available as supplemental coverage.
A certain number of Non-Scheduled Days (paid days off) are available depending on the length of the term of service (These days off ARE NOT counted toward the service hours required for the Educational Award)
RMYC observes all National holidays and are considered paid days off, however RMYC reserves the right to have AmeriCorps members work or service hours on certain holidays if necessary to meet program requirements (These days off ARE NOT counted toward the service hours required for the Educational Award)
For AmeriCorps members serving a 1700 hour term of service, Childcare coverage is provided.
Student loan forbearance and interest payments are available for those who qualify
Access to the “Public Land Corps Hiring Authority” for members serving at least 640 hours.

Position Summary:
Responsible for in-school suspension program or campus security supervision to prevent, detect, and confront threats to students and the school and to help maintain discipline and orderly conduct within the school.
Supervision:
Works under the supervision of a school administrator(s) who assigns responsibilities and provides direction and guidance. Campus security follows district and school policies and procedures in carrying out daily responsibilities. Administrators are generally available to provide guidance in most situations. However, the campus security must be able and willing to independently exercise sound and reasonable judgment in emergency situations.
Duties and Responsibilities listed may include, but are not limited to the following:
* Provides supervision of students before, during, and after school. Prevents students from defacing school property e.g., desks, cubicles, walls, or any other form of vandalism.
* Remains flexible in making decisions, responding to requests and situations on a case-by-case basis. Uses independent judgment and knowledge of student progress to design daily interactions. Holds safety issues as a high priority.
* Reviews discipline infractions to identify and address student problem areas.

* Assists building administrators in implementing disciplinary plans, investigations, and detentions.

* Checks cars for parking authorization.
* Maintains a current log of authorized student drivers and issue parking permits.
