The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. **Required Qualifications**
Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

2. FIT documentation to occur at the time of visit, to be submitted daily.
3. Any therapist needing additional time beyond their regularly scheduled time must contact the Director for approval
4. Completing progress notes with team at 6-month review
5. Documenting TTCM meetings
6. Update and complete HELP Strands at TTCM meetings or as needed.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING
The DS will provide the necessary support, training, and guidance in their provision of services to the clients and consumers served. The DS must also comply with all mandatory trainings identified by their licensing board as well as trainings mandated by their respective supervisor(s) and/or company by adhering to the following:
Include the family in setting treatment goals and training families on specific treatment strategies and carryover skills for the client/patient.
Consult and provide in-house trainings to other staff members.
Maintain appropriate certification through the NM FIT Program.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
SUPERVISION
DS Is must be supervised 100% of the time while working with the client. All DSs, including sub-contractors must receive reflective supervision at least once a month. It is possible that DS IIs and IIIs will be asked to supervise or mentor designated EC staff.

Summary/Objective
This position is accountable for establishing a professional relationship with client family on a pre-need basis and to ensure that all options and needs pertaining to cemetery services and related merchandise are exceeded.
Essential Functions
Works independently, away from the location, to solicit new leads, referrals, proactively create and make sales with little to no supervision.
Develops new prospects and community-based contacts through various methods, to include cold calling, telephone solicitation, seminar attendance and referrals.
Reports progress, completes and submits required reports in a timely manner to the applicable manager/leader.
Maintains strict adherence to pricing structures, completion and submission of all contracts and required documents and payments to the Sales Manager and/or business office within required deadlines.

Ensures quality service levels, all company procedures must be followed when handling complaints, completing post-interment service activities, and performing other duties for the client families.

Protects confidentiality of company and client family information, including but not limited to sales and marketing programs, materials, names and addresses of client families and any additional related information.

The DS will achieve the expected productivity set by MECA Therapies' Management.

DOCUMENTATION
The DS will accurately collect data on persons served and will ensure that the information is accurate and filed in a timely manner by adhering to the following:
Document therapy sessions and progress
2. FIT documentation to occur at the time of visit, to be submitted daily.
3. Any therapist needing additional time beyond their regularly scheduled time must contact the Director for approval
4. Completing progress notes with team at 6-month review
5. Documenting TTCM meetings
6. Update and complete HELP Strands at TTCM meetings or as needed.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING
The DS will provide the necessary support, training, and guidance in their provision of services to the clients and consumers served. The DS must also comply with all mandatory trainings identified by their licensing board as well as trainings mandated by their respective supervisor(s) and/or company by adhering to the following:
Include the family in setting treatment goals and training families on specific treatment strategies and carryover skills for the client/patient.
Consult and provide in-house trainings to other staff members.
Maintain appropriate certification through the NM FIT Program.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
SUPERVISION
DS I's must be supervised 100% of the time while working with the client. All DS's, including sub-contractors must receive reflective supervision at least once a month. It is possible that DS II's and III's will be asked to supervise or mentor designated EC staff.

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 Wireless Retail outlets via Walmart Supercenter, with a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As one of Premium's Wireless Sales Professionals, your retail efforts will sincerely connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions they want and need. What will you do?
+ Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
+ Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
+ Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
+ Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
+ Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
+ Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

+ Being able to stand/move around for 8-10-hour shifts.

What experience should you have?
+ Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
