Cost Accounting & Analysis
Maintain and update standard costs for raw materials, components, labor, and overhead in alignment with production changes and company cost-accounting policies.

Perform month-end cost accounting close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

Education

* Sales and/or marketing experience

* Mentor and support teammates

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Comfort working with virtual tools - video, phone and chat
* Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
* Must meet IRS and applicable state requirements

It would be even better if you also had...
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
* Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment
* Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment
* Ability to work a minimum of 25-35 hours weekly throughout tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks
